Bay Window Curtain Rods
Everyone loves the romance and grace of a Bay Window but they can be difficult to treat with curtains or drapes. Any bowed or angled window that is recessed is considered a bay window. It is possible to add a valance, rod pocket curtain or ringed curtain over a bay window if the proper bay window curtain rods is used. Any curtain rod can be turned into a bay window rod by adding angled brackets and curtain rod extensions. Proper measurement is necessary to ensure that your bay window curtain rods will fit your window!
To order your Bay Window Curtain Rods set, measure carefully. Remember that any curtain rod can be easily cut to the correct size with a hack saw or pipe cutter. For common two angle bay windows, you will need 1 66-120″ adjustable curtain rod (of your choice), one extension rod, and one set of bay window hinges. Since each rod comes with adjustable brackets, with a two angle bay window you will not need extra brackets. For windows with more angels you may need more brackets and additional hinges. Hinges attach on one side the inside part of the adjustable rod, and to the outside part of the rod on the other side. This makes them very easy to use with our adjustable curtain rods. The brackets attach to the wall, and you can cut the rods if necessary to your exact window size.

Double Curtain Rods
Double curtain rods allow for layered or decorative curtains to be hung easily. Double curtain rods hold two adjustable rods, one slightly behind the other allowing for a dimensional effect. Normally the inner curtain is a thin, light fabric, and the outer curtain is thicker and patterned. On double curtain rods, the outer curtain can be pulled back, to expose the thinner layer which lets sunlight filter through the room.
Don’t be afraid of installing double curtain rods! They come with the necessary hardware and installation instructions. They are adjustable and strong enough to hold heavy curtains. All you need to order is a set of double adjustable brackets or a set of double scroll brackets, plus your choice of two of our curtain rods!
